KAPLANET empower vulnerable communities in rural areas with information, knowledge and skills to build resilience, skills, improve food security and strengthen financial capability to transform their livelihoods. The organisation supports economic programs through trainings in vocational skills, financial literacy, business enterprise and agriculture.
This aims to enhance financial resilience for economic empowerment among the vulnerable groups, accelerate progress towards securing livelihoods, rights, resilience and sustainable Development Goals (i.e. SDG 1- No poverty, 2 – zero hunger and 8 -decent work and economic growth) and identifies innovative and creative opportunities / initiatives that increases the economic opportunities available to survivors, women, youth, young people including people with disabilities.
